Full description

We pick you up in the classic car at your hotel in Cappadocia. In the morning the drive takes you to the balloon launch sites and through Love Valley, where the balloons rise before your eyes; in the evening you ride through Sword Valley and Rose Valley into the warm light of sunset.

Along the way your driver stops for photos with the car, fairy chimneys and balloons and takes you to a viewpoint. After about 1.5 to 2 hours we drive you back to your hotel.

For you this means: you book your own classic car with driver and hotel transfer in one step – at a fixed price per car for up to 3 people.

Meeting point

We pick you up in the classic car at your hotel in Cappadocia and bring you back after the tour. The exact pick-up time depends on sunrise or sunset and is confirmed the day before.

You will recognise me by the sign “MeinReiseleiter.de” and the visibly worn guide licence. We confirm meeting point and time with your booking.

  • Private – The car is yours alone – up to 3 people per car; from 4 people we use a second car.
  • Models – Depending on availability, e.g. Chevrolet, Ford or VW Beetle. Enter your preferred model under “Your wishes”.
  • Children – Children of all ages are welcome; infants need their own seat.
  • Without balloons – The tour also takes place if the balloons do not fly.
  • Pick-up time – The pick-up time depends on sunrise or sunset; we confirm it the day before.

Deposit, payment and cancellation

  • 30% deposit on booking by PayPal or credit card, calculated on the total booking including all extras.
  • Balance payable in cash on the day of the tour.
  • Cancellation fees: 365 to 30 days before 30%, 29–15 days 50%, 14–7 days 75%, 6–1 days before and in case of no-show 100%.
  • A fee is charged for changes to bookings.
  • Free cancellation or rebooking is not possible. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: https://www.passion-reisen.eu/service-beratung/reiseversicherungen/
  • Tours ending after 19:00 are subject to a 50% surcharge on the guiding fee.
  • Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. At shorter notice, we will first check whether a guide is available and get back to you immediately.
