Our guides are state-licensed, our agency is a member of the Turkish travel agency association TÜRSAB, and you receive the invoice from a German company in euros.

In Turkey, travel services may only be offered by agencies with a TÜRSAB licence and only be guided by guides with a state kokart. We fulfil both – this relieves your office of a liability risk.

How working with your incoming partner works
From the first request to the invoice there are five clear steps.
Request cooperation
- Form or e-mail. We clarify your segment, your target groups and the usual group sizes.
Agree on terms
- You receive the net price list, cancellation periods and payment terms – once in writing, then valid for the season.
Book
- Date, number of people, language and wishes by e-mail. Reply with availability and price usually on the same working day.
Pass on the confirmation
- You receive the meeting point, schedule and guide details in a form that you can pass directly to your client.
Invoicing
- The invoice goes to your office, not to the guest. The guest pays admission fees on site, unless otherwise agreed.
Frequently asked questions from agencies
Why is TÜRSAB membership important for my travel agency?
TÜRSAB is the statutory professional association of Turkish travel agencies. Only agencies with a TÜRSAB licence may offer travel services in Turkey and conclude contracts with foreign partners. Anyone who works with an unlicensed provider bears the risk themselves in the event of a claim.
On what terms do you work with travel agencies and tour operators?
You receive net prices and calculate your own mark-up. The rates depend on the type of tour, the duration and the expected volume; they are agreed once in writing and then apply for the entire season.
Who actually conducts the tours?
A guide from our permanent team – in every case with a state licence (kokart). In Turkey the kokart is mandatory; without it nobody may guide. With us, drivers or temporary staff do not guide.
How does a booking work?
You send the date, number of people, language and wishes by e-mail. Availability and net price usually come back on the same working day. After your approval you receive the confirmation with all details, ready to pass on to your client.
Which cancellation terms apply?
There is no free cancellation. Since a guide is firmly scheduled for every tour, the cancellation scale applies: 365 to 30 days before the tour 30 %, 29–15 days 50 %, 14–7 days 75 %, 6–1 day and no-show 100 %. We recommend travel cancellation insurance for your clients.
Which regions do you cover as an incoming agency?
Istanbul and surroundings, the Aegean around Kuşadası, Ephesus and Izmir, Pamukkale, Cappadocia, southeastern Turkey with Göbekli Tepe and Tur Abdin, as well as more than forty cities in Germany.
Can you look after several groups in parallel?
Yes. Through our offices in Istanbul and Kuşadası, several licensed guides and vehicles are available – for example for cruise ships with several bus groups or for incentive trips.
Do you handle cruise groups at Galataport and in Kuşadası?
Yes. Pick-up at the terminal, programme according to the ship's time in port, return with a time buffer before departure. For agencies with fixed ship dates, we plan the season in advance.
Are barrier-free tours possible?
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and rental wheelchairs are available, and the routes are planned to be as barrier-free as possible. Please state your requirements already when making your request.
Are admission fees and vehicle included in the price?
No. Admission fees are always paid separately, and a vehicle with driver is added to the price of the tour. This keeps your calculation transparent – even if museums raise their prices in the middle of the year.
